The internet is reliable, which is essential for my work. The location in Bommasandra, South Bangalore, is decent, with access to Hosur Road making commutes manageable, though traffic can get heavy during peak houThe swimming pool is a nice amenity to relax after work. My only minor issue is that the parking can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, it feels like a good, safe place for a single woman.

It’s spacious enough for us and our future plans. The project is designed by Venkataramanan Associates, which gave us some confidence. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and the landscaping is really nice. Being close to Bommasandra Metro is a big plus for our daily commute to our IT jobs. The prices were slightly on the higher side, starting from 54.81 L, but we felt the quality and amenities justified it. We haven't faced any major issues so far.

The proximity to Vinayaka Public School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. The project has a dedicated kids' play area and a cricket pitch, which the children love. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good for the adults. The built-up areas for 3 BHK flats range up to 1481 Sq.ft, which is quite generous.
