We bought a 3 BHK, which has a spacious 1869 sq.ft built-up area, giving everyone enough peonal space. The theme park and the swimming pool are big hits with the children. SV Developehave also included practical amenities like solid waste management and ample water storage. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage. The only slight downside we've noticed is that the Benniganahalli Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit further than ideal for commuting.
