This is my fit home purchase, and I was quite nervous. I chose SV Samala Residency because it was ready to move. The location in Santosh Nagar, South Hyderabad, is quite good. It’s close to Candor Shrine i Senior Secondary School, which is a plus for families. The 2 BHK flat has a practical layout. I did notice that the traffic on the main road nearby can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to get used to. But overall, SV Groups seems to have built a decent property. The proximity to the metro is also very helpful.
