My parents mentioned that the connectivity to Gleneagles BGS Hospital (3.30 KM) is quite convenient for them. However, they did point out that the road leading to the main highway can be a bit narrow and congested at times, which might be a small concern for daily movement.

    We moved into SV Pragathi about six months ago. The main reason we picked this place was its proximity to VSS International Public School, which is literally right next door. That makes the morning rush so much easier. We bought a 2 BHK which is 890 square feet. It's a decent size for our family of three. The overall setup of SV Pragathi feels quite settled since it was completed in July 2014. My only minor issue is the traffic on Kenchena Halli Road during peak houcan be a bit much when trying to get to Mysore Road which is nearby. Overall, the kids are happy and that's what mattemost.

    This is my fit property purchase, and I picked SV Pragathi. I was looking for something ready to move into and this fit the bill. The 2 BHK unit is 890 square feet, which seems like a good starting size. It is located in Pattanagere, RR Nagar. The Kenchena Halli Road address means it's fairly central. I visited the site and construction quality looked decent. One thing that concerned me slightly was the parking situation. It seems a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, the S V Developeteam was helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions. The metro station is also not too far.
