I opted for a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 300 square feet. The budget was around 50 Lakhs. The location in Parvati Dahan, Pune Satara Road, is quite accessible. Though the project was completed in May 2021, it's ready to move in. My only concern is that the parking is closed car parking, which might be a bit of a squeeze if I get a larger vehicle later.
