We were looking for our fit home and Suvo Antilia caught our eye. The 1.5 BHK flats are a good size at 541 square feet, perfect for us as a young couple. The price is very attractive, starting at just 15.15 Lakh. It's still under construction and will be ready by October 2026. We liked that it has a children's play area and car parking included. The location in Konnagar, near the State Highway 2, makes commuting to the city easier. We did find the road access a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which might be tricky during peak hou, but for the price, it's a trade-off we are willing to make. Suva Construction seems to have a decent track record. We are excited to see the final product.
