The 2 BHK apartments are 1050 Sq.ft saleable, which is a big step up from our current rental. It's under construction with a June 2028 completion, giving us time to save more. The location is fantastic, right by the highway and ORR, which is great for our commutes to school. We also liked the fact that they have 24x7 Water Supply and a Sewage Treatment Plant. Suvidha Infra is the builder. My only concern is the narrow lane for the last close to reach the actual site, it feels a bit inconvenient.
