The 3 BHK flat we looked at, around 1710 Sq.ft, felt quite roomy. The landscape garden and swimming pool are lovely additions for leisure. The 24x7 security and gated community aspect give a feeling of safety. However, I did find the noise from the Ambawadi Bazaar area a little botheome during daytime hou, which might be an issue for some looking for complete quiet. But the overall amenities are good.
