As a retired professional, I sought a tranquil place to settle down, and Suvela Suketan in North Hyderabad offered just that. It is a ready-to-move villa project. I opted for a 4 BHK villa around 2400 sq.ft. The availability of a yoga and meditation area is perfect for my daily routine, and the gymnasium is a good facility to maintain fitness. Landscaping and tree planting have made the surroundings quite pleasant. The solid waste management system is a practical aspect. While the project was completed in December 2012, it has been well maintained. My only slight reservation is that the Wi-Fi service quality can be inconsistent at times, which is a minor inconvenience.

I chose a larger 3604 sq.ft villa for the extra space. The amenities are quite good – a swimming pool, a gym, and ample water storage. The security is also robust with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and guards. My main concern is the connectivity; while it's off Medchal Road, getting onto the main highway during peak houcan be slow. However, the peace and quiet of the villa itself are a welcome change from the city's hustle. Suvela Projects delivered this a while back.

I did notice some dust around the area, probably from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing parts of North Hyderabad.
