    We just moved into our 3 BHK at Suvastu Oak Leaf. The built-up area is around 1717 square feet, which is more than enough for us right now. We really liked the cycling and jogging track, perfect for our morning runs. It's also great that Oakridge International School Bangalore is nearby, very convenient for future planning. The price point, starting from 37.94 Lakh, was within our budget. The only slight downside is the distance to Bommasandra Metro Station, which is almost nearby, making daily commutes a bit longer if we need the metro.
