Suvas Siddhi Homes is located close to the hospital, just a short distance Nirant Cross Road Metro Station. I purchased a 1548 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment for 37.15 Lakh. The fact that it is ready to move in was crucial for my immediate relocation plans. The developer, Suvas Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, completed the project in March 2020. While the connectivity is excellent due to its position near Viratnagar Sp Ring Road, the immediate surroundings can get a bit congested during peak traffic houHowever, for the price and location benefit, it is a solid choice.

After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle. Suvas Siddhi Homes offered a 2 BHK apartment with a generous 1548 Sq.ft super builtup area. The price was 37.15 Lakh onwards, which seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Ahmedabad. Its location near the Viratnagar Sp Ring Road provides good access. The project by Suvas Infrastructure Pvt Ltd was completed in March 2020. I appreciate that it is ready to occupy. My only reservation is the lack of specified amenities like a gym or community hall, which I had hoped for in retirement. However, the apartment itself is spacious and well-lit, and the developer has completed the project.

The location on Viratnagar Sp Ring Road is quite accessible, and the Nirant Cross Road Metro Station is only an 8-minute ride away, which is perfect for my daily commute. I wish there were more amenities listed, but for the price and location, it's a good deal. Suvas Infrastructure Pvt Ltd completed this project, and it feels solid. The apartment has decent natural light. I am still exploring the immediate neighborhood for daily shopping needs.

Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose Suvas Siddhi Homes in Nikol, Ahmedabad because it’s a ready to move property. The 1548 sq ft area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious compared to what we had before. It cost us 37.15 Lakh onwards, which is reasonable for a new home. The location near the Viratnagar Sp Ring Road is good for commuting to our schools. One thing that bothered us a little was the dust on the approach road, but hopefully, that will settle down. The project by Suvas Infrastructure Pvt Ltd was completed in March 2020. We are happy with the decision to buy here.
