After retirement, we wanted a peaceful place and Suva garden seemed like a good option. We bought a 2 BHK flat, which is 850 Sq.ft, offering comfortable living space. The ready to move status was a key factor for us. The price of 19.98 Lakh was reasonable for the size and location in Navogram, Konnagar. It’s good that it’s beside the 2 Number Primary School, making it a known landmark. However, I have noticed that the water pressure can be inconsistent during certain times of the day, which is a bit inconvenient. Suva Construction has built a decent community.

I purchased a 1 BHK unit in Suva garden, Konnagar, as an investment. The price point starting from 11.99 Lakh for 510 Sq.ft saleable area is competitive for the Kolkata market. Being ready to move, it offeimmediate rental potential. Suva Construction is known for timely delivery in other projects, which gives me confidence. The location in Navogram, though not central, has good connectivity via State Highway 6 and NH-19, which are easily accessible. The area is developing, which should lead to good appreciation in the coming yeaI am expecting decent rental yields.

We were looking for a ready to move flat in Kolkata and found Suva garden. The 1 BHK flats are around 510 Sq.ft which felt a bit small for us but the price at around 11.99 Lakh was very attractive. Location in Konnagar, Navogram is decent, close to State Highway 6. Commuting to the IT hub takes about 40-45 minutes which is manageable. The developer, Suva Construction, seems to have delivered on time. We noticed some dust from ongoing work nearby but hopefully that will settle down. Overall, it meets our budget and immediate needs.

The price, around 11.99 Lakh, fit my budget perfectly. The location in Konnagar, Navogram is acceptable; it’s close to the main roads like NH-19 and Grand Trunk Road, which helps with my commute. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and uneven. Suva Construction delivered the unit on time, which was appreciated. It's a quiet area overall.

Moving to Suva garden was a good decision for our family. We got a 2 BHK flat which is 850 Sq.ft, offering enough space for our two children. The location near Panchanantala Road in Navogram is quite convenient, especially with VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL only nearby. It is ready to move which was a major plus for us. The price range of 19.98 Lakh for the 2 BHK was within our budget. My only concern is the traffic on NH-19 during peak hou, which can get quite heavy. Suva Construction has provided a decent living space. The proximity to Grand Trunk Road is also useful.
