We are considering a 3 BHK, which offea carpet area between 809 Sq.ft and 835 Sq.ft. The developer, Susritam BuildeAnd Develope, has provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system. The area is developing well. However, the access road to the main Patia road is quite narrow, which can be a bit inconvenient when driving out.
