I booked a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of around 500 Sq.ft. The best part is its location; it's right next to Barasat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School and Narayana Hospital, making life very convenient. The Eastern Railway line is also nearby. My only slight worry is the carpet area for the 3 BHK flats, which starts at 614 Sq.ft. It feels a little compact for a larger family, but for my needs, the 2 BHK is perfect. The developer seems reliable.
