We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade to a 2 BHK in Sushrita Mishra Nilayam. The carpet area ranges from 777 to 976 Sq.ft, which gives us much more space. We really liked the idea of a gated community and the landscaping. It feels much safer and more pleasant than our old place. The location is very convenient because Carmel English Medium School is nearby, and the District Head QuarteHospital is also right there. This was a huge plus for us. The construction was completed in July 2023. The only small issue is that the exotic plantation sounds nice, but some areas still have a lot of dust from ongoing work nearby. It’s a bit noisy during the day.

I bought a 1 BHK here in Sushrita Mishra Nilayam primarily as an investment. The carpet area is 499 Sq.ft which is a decent size for a single peon or couple. Khordha is developing, and having properties close to both Khordha and Bhubaneswar is a good sign for future rental demand. The developer, Sushrita Mishra, has completed projects on time before, so that gave me some confidence. The possession was in July 2023, which is quite recent. I haven't visited the site recently but the agent assured me construction quality is good. The main concern is the road access, it can get a bit congested during peak hou, and the internal roads are not very wide.
