    We chose Sushant Samarth Glory for our family, mainly because of its proximity to schools. Nirmala Convent High School is just a 4-minute drive away, which is perfect for us. We got a 3 BHK apartment, which gives us plenty of space with its 880 Sq.ft carpet area. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. The developer, Sushant Gangurde, has completed the project, and it feels quite solid. The area is developing, and it’s good to be close to both Nashik-Pune Road and Mumbai-Agra Road for future travel plans. One minor issue is the dust on the internal roads leading to the project, but that should settle down.
