The price was within our budget, around 56.25 L. The amenities are quite good, especially the 24x7 water supply and the children's play area. The security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance are also reassuring. The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospital & BirthRight at nearby is also a significant advantage for us. While the construction quality looks solid, we haven't experienced any major issues yet as we just moved in.

Finally found a nice place for myself in Surya Elite. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for me. I got a 2 BHK, and the size is just right for one peon or a small family. The location in Hyder Nagar is good, very close to Miyapur Metro Station at nearby, which is perfect for my commute. Sanghamitra School is also nearby at nearby. I really appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the lift facility. The closed car parking is also a big help. The only slight issue is the traffic on Nizampet road during peak hou, but that's common in Hyderabad. Overall, the amenities like power backup and 24x7 security make it feel safe and convenient.

The only drawback is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable.
