The absolute best part is how close it is to everything – Ahana Hospitals and Mahatma Montessori School are just minutes away. This proximity significantly reduces my daily commute stress. The developer, S Udhayasuriyan, seems to be focused on developing this residential area. My only slight niggle is that the parking space at the plot level can be a bit tight, especially if you have guests over. But considering the convenience and location, it's a trade-off I'm willing to make for peace of mind.
