The 500 Sq.ft unit is compact but suitable for rental purposes. The price point, starting at 13.5 Lakhs, seemed competitive for the Bhubaneswar market. Surekha Buildeand Developehave a track record, which gave me some confidence. The amenities like the lift and power backup are standard but functional. My main concern is that the OC received status isn't clear, which could affect future resale value or loan eligibility. I am hoping the rental demand picks up in this locality soon.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Surekha Niwas about a month ago. The location in Rudrapur is surprisingly quiet, which is great after working in the city all day. My partner loves the swimming pool and the gym is pretty decent too. We got the 1150 Sq.ft apartment, and the space is good for us right now. Getting to the office takes about 30 minutes, which is manageable. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's a small issue. Surekha Buildeand Developeseem to have finished the project on time, which was a relief. Overall, it feels like a good start.

Having retired, I sought a peaceful place to live, and Surekha Niwas seemed like a good option. I opted for a 3 BHK, the larger 1380 Sq.ft variant, for extra comfort. The gymnasium and the jogging track are perfect for staying active. The 24x7 security provides a sense of safety. The apartment was ready by March 2020, and it’s been a comfortable living experience so far. The price was around 37 Lakhs, which was acceptable for the amenities provided. My only gripe is the traffic noise sometimes from the main road, even though it's not directly adjacent. The landscaping is quite nice though.
