The prices are between 50 Lakhs and 70 Lakhs. It’s a bit more than we initially budgeted, but the quality of construction and the amenities like the swimming pool and spa seem worth it. We booked a 3 BHK which has a carpet area between 820 and 964 square feet, giving us plenty of room to grow. The price for these starts around 55 Lakhs, which is reasonable for the space and location. The project has a cricket pitch and a skating rink, which the kids are already excited about.
