The best part is the proximity to Kauvery Hospital Chennai, which is nearby, giving us peace of mind. It is a ready to move in property, completed in September 2015. The location in Adyar is excellent, very well-connected. The price of 3.19 Crore onwards was something I considered carefully, but the quality of construction and the amenities like landscaping and tree planting made it worthwhile.
