Shubh Buildcon Sanand's Suramya Heights is situated on Eklingji Road, very close to major highways like NH 947 and SH 135. The project is under construction, with December 2025 as the expected completion date. I am considering a 2 BHK flat, which offea built-up area of 1389 to 1421 sq.ft. The price is approximately 40 L. The amenities like the children's play area and flower garden are nice additions, especially for when my grandchildren visit. The 24x7 water supply is also a crucial factor for me.
