I am buying this plot for my parents who live in Hyderabad. Surakshaa Elite seemed like a good option as it is ready to move and has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup. The location in East Hyderabad, Taramatipet is accessible. My parents wanted a plot size around 150 sq.yd. Which is available here and fits within our budget. The price starts from about 33 Lakh. I checked with the developer, Surakshaa Infra Projects, and they assured me about the construction quality. The main drawback is the distance to Nagole Metro Station, it's quite far at over nearby. Spot registration is available, which is convenient for my parents. I hope they find it comfortable living there.

Looking for a place with good amenities for the kids was our priority. Surakshaa Elite in Taramatipet had plots in the range of 200-300 sq.yd. Which is perfect for building a home. It is ready to move which was important as we didn't want to wait. The proximity to Dino World Dinosaur Park is a fun factor for the children. We also liked that the Bhadrachalam Highway is close by, making travel easier. Power backup is a good feature to have, especially with Hyderabad's unpredictable weather. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby is a bit of an issue right now, but we were told it will settle down. The price for the bigger plots goes up to over 1 crore, which is quite high, but we managed with a loan. Overall, it's a good location.

East Hyderabad is developing fast and it's reasonably close to our schools. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus for us. Surakshaa Infra Projects seems to have decent construction quality based on what we saw. The budget was a stretch, around 40 Lakh for the plot we liked, but it feels like a good long-term investment. Spot registration was convenient. The main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, can get quite congested. Otherwise, we are happy with the decision.
