  We finally decided to upgrade from our rented place and bought a 2 BHK here at Suraj Vastu. The carpet area is 535 square feet, and the layout feels quite practical for a small family. It’s ready to move which meant we could shift immediately without any hassle. The St. Helena's School is a short distance, which is incredibly convenient for our child. The building has basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and a fire fighting system. My only concern is the parking situation; it's closed car parking but can get a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, the price seemed reasonable for the location and the fact that it's ready.

  Relocating to Pune for work at Jehangir Hospital meant I needed a place close by, and Suraj Vastu fits the bill. The 3 BHK flats have a carpet area of 719 square feet, which gives us enough space. It's ready to move, which was perfect for our urgent need to settle down. The location in Somwar Peth is very convenient, being close to the hospital and also the metro station. The building has important amenities like a fire fighting system and 24/7 water supply, which are non-negotiable for us. The only minor issue is that the carpet area for the 1 RK, at 247 square feet, seems quite small if someone were considering that option. Overall, happy with the choice.

  We were looking for something for my parents in Pune and Suraj Vastu seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK flat has a carpet area of 535 square feet, which is a decent size for them. Being ready to move was a big plus because we didn't want them to wait too long. The location in Somwar Peth is quite central, close to Jehangir Hospital. They have 24/7 water supply which is essential. One thing I'm a little worried about is the traffic noise in that area, but hopefully it's not too bad once they settle in. The develope, Suraj Associates, seem to have experience in Pune.

My primary concern is the dust and noise from the nearby main road, which might affect the living experience for tenants. Suraj Associates has a presence in the Pune market.
