We bought a 2.5 BHK here at Supertech Golf Country. The construction was completed back in January 2016, so it was ready to move in. My only minor issue is that the approach road to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable. We are using it as our primary residence and it serves us well. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and a multipurpose room are very useful. The nearby hospital, Divya Multispeciality Hospital Dankaur, is also a significant advantage for us. The location in Yeida, Greater Noida is relatively calm. My only concern is the noise from the nearby expressways during peak traffic hou, but inside the apartment, it is quite soundproof.
