I am based oveeas and wanted a comfortable home for my parents in Noida. Supertech Eco Village seemed like a good option because of the 24x7 security and entrance gate security cabin. They are living in a 2 BHK which is 1106 Sq.ft, and they find it quite comfortable. The amenities like fountains and street lighting add to the pleasant environment. The project was completed in June 2009, so it's an established property. My parents mentioned that the electrification with solar energy is a nice touch. Supertech Limited has provided a decent living space.

We chose Supertech Eco Village mainly because Ryan International School is right at nearby. That makes the morning rush so much easier. We bought a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1095 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. The kids love the skating rink and there is also a cricket pitch for them to play on. The 24x7 security is reassuring. My only worry is the traffic on the FNG Corridor during peak hou, it can get quite bad. The construction seems solid though and it was ready to move in June 2009 as promised by Supertech Limited.
