The best part is how close it is to SKS World School, literally zero kilometeaway, which makes the morning commute for the kids so much easier. My husband also likes that the Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension is also right next door. The carpet area for our flat is around 550 square feet, which feels comfortable enough for us. We were looking for a ready-to-move property, and this fit the bill perfectly. The children's play area is a good size and they use it almost every day. The only slight issue is that during peak hou, traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road can get a bit heavy, but it's manageable.
