    We chose Supertech Araville because of its proximity to Euro International School, which is literally nearby, and also Miracles Apollo Cradle hospital is very close. This was a major deciding factor for us as a family. We purchased a 4 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 3620 square feet. The project is in New Gurgaon, Sector 79. Having amenities like a multipurpose room, a club house, and ample car parking is very convenient for us. The complex feels safe with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The project was completed back in June 2012. The only minor issue is that the maintenance charges feel a little high, but given the facilities, it’s manageable for now.
