The ample greenery and landscaping provided a serene environment. It’s good that there are multiple lifts in the building. The surrounding area is developing, which is positive. My only small worry is the connectivity to the main roads can be a little tricky during heavy rain. However, the 24x7 security gives a sense of safety. The price range felt appropriate for the space.
