    Finally got my fit flat at Supan Serene 1. It's a 3 BHK and the carpet area is around 779 sq.ft. The price was about 75 Lakhs which felt manageable for a new buyer. The location in Chandlodia is decent, close to Nest Public School, which is good for future planning. I liked that it is ready to move in, so no waiting. The amenities like the children's play area and gymnasium are nice touches. One thing I noticed is that the internal roads within the society might get a bit dusty during construction periods nearby, but hopefully that settles down. Overall, I feel it's a good start for me.
