The price range of 3.15 Crore to 3.87 Crore is quite high, but the developer, Sunyuga Infra Pvt Ltd, is offering a ready-to-move property. The landscaping and tree planting make the community look very green and pleasant. Having a swimming pool and a kid's pool is a good addition for families. Water conservation and rain water harvesting systems are also good sustainable features. We are a bit worried about the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but hopefully, that will subside soon.
