I was looking for a ready-to-move-in place close to work and Sunyuga Elegance fit the bill. The 1290 sq.ft 2 BHK is a good size for one peon, feels spacious enough. I really like the Yoga / Meditation Area and the Reading Lounge, it’s nice to have quiet spaces. Getting to the Outer Ring Road is also quite easy from here, which is great for my commute. The entrance lobby looks quite grand when you enter. My only small issue is that the parking can feel a little tight sometimes if you have a larger vehicle.

We needed a home with good space for our two kids and Sunyuga Elegance offered a decent 3 BHK. The built-up area of 1400 sq.ft works well for us. My wife liked the Children's Play Area, and it's good that DInternational School is a short distance. The project feels secure with closed car parking and visitor parking available. The swimming pool is a big hit with the kids too. While construction looks good, the immediate vicinity can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby, but it’s manageable.
