Being in the IT sector, proximity to good schools wasn't our top priority, but we did want something modern and ready to move. The 1033 sq.ft built-up area is cozy and perfect for us. We love the children's play area, though we don't have kids yet, it's nice to see families using it. Sunstar Homes built this project and it feels quite peaceful. The main thing is that it was ready to move in September 2019, so no waiting. The only minor issue is that parking can feel a little cramped sometimes, especially on weekends when visitocome. But we are happy with our decision.
