Relocating to Guntur for my practice meant I needed a peaceful place, and I found SUNSIRI THE ICON ON N quite suitable. I opted for the 202 Sq.yd plot and liked that it is 100 percent vaastu compliant. The clubhouse and indoor games facility are decent additions for relaxing after a long shift at the hospital. One minor concern is that the nearest market is not exactly walkable, so you definitely need a car for everything. The project is conveniently close to the Inner Ring Road, making it easy for me to travel for work. Sun Siri Projects Pvt Ltd seems to have planned the space well. The solar energy and transformer setup also show they are thinking about long term utility needs.

The community is vast, spanning 50 acres, which feels very open and airy compared to the city center. It is quite close to the Inner Ring Road, which helps me reach my office quickly. The only thing I would point out is that the mobile network signal can be a bit weak in some corneof the site, but I assume it will improve with more towenearby. The landscaping and the general layout are very clean and well organized.

The budget of 47.47 Lakh for the larger 202 Sq.yd plot is quite competitive for this scale. I like that the project offean open gym and a gazebo, which are nice touches for a gated community. The proximity to Electricity City, being nearby, is a major advantage for future appreciation. My only small complaint is that the site entrance can get a bit crowded during peak houwhen workeare entering or leaving. Otherwise, the title clearance and documentation were handled very professionally by the team.
