I opted for a 1110 square feet 2 BHK. The proximity to Raidurg Metro Station, though nearby, adds to the connectivity potential. Sunshine Buildeis the developer, and they have a history of delivering projects. I believe the rental yield in this area will be good given the nearby facilities. The sewage treatment plant is a good environmental consideration. My only concern is the open car parking – it might be an issue during heavy monsoon seasons. Still, the capital appreciation potential is what I am focused on.

The location is great, zero kilometefrom Kairos Global School, which is perfect for our children. We are paying around 65 Lakhs for it, which is manageable. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup were important for us. My wife liked the idea of rainwater harvesting too. The only small issue is that OC is not available, which made us a bit hesitant, but the builder assured us it's not an issue for them. Sunshine Buildedelivered this project in October 2019.
