The built-up area of 1115 Sq.ft is comfortable for them. I chose this project because Sunshine Infra has a reputation for quality construction and the amenities like 24-hsecurity with CCTV are reassuring. The location in Gandi Maisamma is developing well. The price point of approximately 48 Lakh was within my budget for this configuration. Hopefully, they will be comfortable and happy here.

We just moved into Sunshine Gateway last week and are settling in. The location in North Hyderabad, Gandi Maisamma is pretty convenient for our IT jobs. We got a 2 BHK which is around 1105 Sq.ft, spacious enough for us. The amenities like the swimming pool and yoga area are great for unwinding after work. Parking is a bit tight though, especially if you have guests over. The price was what we expected for this area, around 47 Lakh. Overall, it feels like a good start for us here. The children's play area is well-maintained and there's a swimming pool which they are enjoying. We bought a 3 BHK apartment, which is 1510 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of room. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. The price for the 3 BHK is around 63 Lakh. My only concern is the approach road; it can get dusty during dry weather. But generally, the project by Sunshine Infra looks decent for families.

While the project offegood amenities like a club house and swimming pool, the OC status is not yet available, which is a slight concern for future resale value. The location is promising for rental yield though.
