This Sunshine Apartment in Hoysala Nagar seemed like a stable choice. Being ready to move was a big advantage for us. The 2 BHK configuration offe1100 sq.ft of built-up space, which feels adequate. The 24x7 water supply is a fundamental amenity that works well here. Being close to Bayyappanahally, nearby, is useful for commuting. It was completed some time ago, December 2012, but the building appeato be holding up. The main drawback for me is the slightly older feel of the construction, and I wonder about the long-term maintenance costs. Still, it’s in a decent location.

Having fire sprinkleand 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives a good sense of security. It’s also great that it’s ready to move. My only minor gripe is the parking situation; it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the connectivity to Bayyappanahally and the metro station is quite good.
