The completion date is set for June 2024. While the OC is not yet available, this is common in developing areas. The area itself is seeing growth, making it a potentially sound investment. I believe the rental demand in Patancheru will be steady.

We were looking for a 2 BHK in Hyderabad and found Sunrise Apartment. The 1100 square feet size is adequate for our small family. It's ready to move, which is great. The biggest advantage is the proximity to schools; although Academic Heights Public School is nearby, it's a manageable distance. We also liked that it's close to NH 65 for daily travel. RK Developehave finished the project and it's ready for occupation by June 2024. The price around 40.7 Lakhs is acceptable for us. We are a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but hopefully that settles down soon once the area is fully developed.

I bought this 2 BHK for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. Sunrise Apartment is in Patancheru, which is developing nicely. It's ready to move in, so they can shift immediately. The built-up area is 1100 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. Connectivity to NH 65 is good for when I visit. The price starting from 40.7 Lakhs seemed reasonable for the area and the builder, RK DevelopeMy only slight worry is the distance to PANACEA MERIDIAN HOSPITALS, it's a bit of a drive. But they have local markets nearby. I hope they find it convenient.

As a single working woman, I wanted a place that was convenient and safe. Sunrise Apartment offered a 2 BHK with 1100 square feet built-up area, which feels quite roomy. Being ready to move in by June 2024 was perfect for my timeline. RK Developebuilt this, and it's located in Patancheru, West Hyderabad. It's close enough to NH 65 for my commute, which takes about 25 minutes usually. The price of 40.7 Lakhs onwards was on the higher side of what I'd initially planned, but the flat layout is practical. I do wish there were more amenities available on-site, but the nearby Rameshwaram Banda Bus Stop at nearby offesome public transport options. Overall, it meets my basic needs.
