The 4 BHK villa is quite large at 2218 square feet, offering plenty of room for our family when they visit. Being ready to move in was a major advantage as we didn't want to wait. The amenities like the swimming pool and tennis court are nice additions for staying active. The location off Kottayam Thiruvarppu Road is relatively quiet, which is what we wanted.
