The location in Malviya Nagar is good, and it’s relatively close to where we work. The budget of 15 lakh to 29 lakh allowed us to consider options. We liked the idea of a swimming pool and a children's play area, though the actual space for the play area seemed a bit limited. The project by Sunny Group was ready to move in, which was a big plus. The construction quality looks solid, but the dust from nearby construction is noticeable at times.
