We chose Sunil The Rudra Square because it’s close to St. Teresa's Convent Higher Secondary School, making the morning commute for our children much easier. Having RL HOSPITAL nearby is also a great comfort for us as parents. The project by Sunil R Mantri Group is ready to move, which was ideal for our family as we wanted to settle in quickly. The neighbourhood feels safe and developing. My only concern is the State Transport Bus Stand is a bit far at nearby, which might be an issue if we need to rely on public transport frequently for longer distances. We are looking forward to settling into our new home and exploring the local amenities.
