Buying my fit home was a scary process, but the team at Sun Gate Infrastructure LLP P made it easy at Sungate Residency. I went for a 3 BHK flat with 1475 square feet of space. It is a ready to move project, which saved me from all the stress of delayed possession. The location is excellent as it is right opposite to ShoppeGate, making grocery runs very fast. The building is clean, the lift is fast, and the car parking is organized. My only concern is that the visitor parking is quite limited, which makes it hard when parents come to visit. But apart from that, the ventilation in the flat is great and the sunlight is sufficient.

I keep looking for commercial opportunities in Vapi and decided to check the shops at Sungate Residency. Being situated opposite to ShoppeGate, the footfall potential is quite high for any retail business. Sun Gate Infrastructure LLP P has managed to keep the common areas functional and the building looks solid for a ready to move property. I have not decided on the business yet but the location on the main road in Chala is definitely a strong point for future appreciation. The area sizes for shops are available on request so I am still evaluating the costs. Traffic on the road nearby can be a bit noisy during peak hou, but that is expected in a busy commercial hub like this.

Moving to Sungate Residency was a great decision for our children because Vapi Public School is so close by. We opted for the 2 BHK flat measuring 960 square feet as it fits our budget and needs perfectly. The building is ready to move, and we have been living here for a few months now. We really appreciate the dedicated car parking space because finding parking in Chala is usually a nightmare. The fire fighting system is in place and the security guards are helpful. The only minor issue we face is the dust coming from the nearby SH-185 road, so we have to keep our windows closed during the afternoon. Other than that, everything is fine and the society feels safe.
