We recently purchased a home at Sunder Luxury FlooDLF Phase 2. Our main priority was proximity to good schools for our children. Rabindranath World School being nearby was a huge deciding factor. The 3 BHK builder floor offering 1935 Sq.ft built up area provides enough room for our family to grow. The location in DLF Phase 2, DLF City, Gurgaon is excellent with easy access to NH-8 for weekend getaways. We also checked out Narayana Hospital which is nearby, providing peace of mind. The M. G. Road Metro Station is also quite close, making travel convenient for my wife. The price of 3.8 Crore onwards is substantial, but the convenience and space are what we were looking for. Sunder Homes has delivered a good living space.
