I booked the 2 BHK unit with 717.85 Sq.ft carpet area as it felt like a balanced choice. The construction is moving along at a steady pace towards the December 2028 completion deadline. My only small concern is that the parking space allocated is closed car parking, which is great, but I hope they manage the visitor parking well. Sun Developeare reliable, and I think the inclusion of rain water harvesting and fire fighting systems shows they are building responsibly.
