Finding a home with good facilities for the kids was our priority, and Sun Skypark delivered. We opted for a 3 BHK flat of 1850 sq.ft, priced at 1.48 Crore. The children's play area and the park are excellent and always busy with other kids, which is great. It's also very close to Shanti Asiatic School, making the morning drop-off much simpler. Sun Buildehas included a lot of amenities, from a swimming pool to a badminton court. The flat is ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. The only downside we've experienced is the parking can get a bit crowded in the evenings, especially when guests visit. We are overall happy with the decision.

The main concern is the traffic noise from the Ring Road can be a bit much during peak hou, but we plan to soundproof the office area. Overall, it's a solid commercial choice.
