    I chose Sun Royal primarily for its location in Karyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram. Being close to Jyothis Central School and TSC Hospital is very convenient. I purchased a 3 BHK flat which is around 1390 sq.ft built up area. The price was in the range of 50 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the size and location. The project was completed in 2012, so it's a ready to move in property. The developer, Sun Projects India, seems to have a decent track record. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions. My main concern is the lack of updated OC information, which is a bit concerning for a chartered accountant. However, the proximity to essential services outweighs this for now.
