We booked our flat in Sun Pride mainly for the modern amenities like sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting. Sun Pride Developeseems to be focusing on a sustainable design in Chala. The 2 BHK unit we saw has a built up area of 751 square feet. It is definitely a compact layout but the location is close to our workplace. One downside is that the nearest hospital, Vibrant Multi Speciality Hospital, is about 5 kilometeaway, which is not exactly close during an emergency. We are looking forward to moving in once it gets completed by December 2027. So far, the builder team has been professional in answering our queries regarding the project timeline and construction quality.

Moving out of our rented apartment was a big decision but the 2 BHK at Sun Pride seems like a good fit for us. The built up area is around 795 square feet which is enough for our small family. Having St. Francis Secondary and Higher Secondary School just 1 kilometer away is a huge relief for our daily routine. We visited the Chala site and the location feels quite peaceful compared to the main city chaos. The only concern is that the road leading up to the project is a bit narrow, so traffic might be tricky once more people start living here. Still, we are hopeful about the 24 by 7 water supply they have promised.
