As a family with two young children, the proximity to St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. We booked a 3 BHK apartment in Sun Pride. The carpet area is around 870 Sq.ft, which provides enough space. The project is located in Chala, Vapi, and has good access to the Vapi Railway Station. We were impressed by the plans for landscaping and tree planting, making the living environment more pleasant. The developer, Sun Pride Develope, seems to be including essential services like 24x7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. The only minor issue is the traffic on Old Vapi Valsad Road during peak hou, but it's manageable. Construction should be complete by December 2027.

We were looking for a 2 BHK in Vapi and came across Sun Pride. The carpet area for the 2 BHKs ranges from 751 Sq.ft to 795 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for us. The location in Asopalav Society, near jakat naka, is okay, but the road leading to it seems a bit narrow from what we saw online. They are promising 24x7 water supply and 24x7 security, which are essential. Construction is happening now, with completion set for December 2027. The area around the project has good connectivity to NH 8 and the railway station, which is a plus for commuting. We are a bit worried about the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but hopefully, that settles down once we move in.
