    We needed a place with good schools nearby for our children. Sun Montana is right next to Ideal Education Point and New Choudhary Public School, which is a huge relief. The 3 BHK flats are large enough for our family, with built-up areas around 1300 Sq.ft. The children's play area and the sports area are great for them. Having the swimming pool and cycling track is a bonus for us adults. It's been ready to move since January 2013, so no waiting. The construction quality seems solid. We are happy with the space and the convenience for the kids.
