We decided on Sun Exotica because of the children's play area and the overall spaciousness of the villas. We are looking at the 4.5 BHK configuration, which is 1949 Sq.ft built up. The location in Taali is decent, though the narrow lane access for about 200 metecould be slightly inconvenient during peak times. The price is around 1.15 Crore, which is at the higher end but justifiable for the villa size and the amenities like the gymnasium and multipurpose hall. Sun Buildcon has included rainwater harvesting and solar panels for the clubhouse, which are good sustainable features. We are expecting the completion around December 2026.
